PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE

Principal’s Message

Life is full of challenges and we struggle throughout our life to face and to win them. An educational institution therefore must aim to teach its students to think, analyse and decide which path they have to tread. In Dayanand Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Kurukshetra, we try to provide a suitable ambience for girl students which motivate them not only to study and learn but to become cultured, educated in true spirit with great analytical ability. Along with high standard of teaching, our main emphasis remains to impart value-based education that helps in the character-building of the students. Morals and manners have ample space in the teaching scheme of the college. In order to make them good and proud citizens, seminars, inter-college competitions and extension lectures are organized. Sports activities are highly promoted to bring out the potential of students. Our Management aims to tap out the potential of students in various fields to enable them to touch newer heights. Students are discouraged to use cellular phones, to participate in unions to politicize the matters and create indiscipline, to entertain any outsider in the college campus so that a highly congenial environment for academics could be maintained.

Infrastructure and facilities provided to the students play a very important role in moulding the young minds for making them better individuals. Our college provides latest facilities and modern escort infrastructure to our students to give cutting edge knowledge and experience. Our well qualified staff members work in true spirit to assist the students to achieve their goals. For this, members of the staff update themselves by joining refresher courses, seminars, workshops, and by acquainting themselves with latest technology and by pursuing further studies in their respective fields. The doors are wide open to those who want to reach out, seize the opportunity and work hard. My best wishes to all those who always want to go at the T-top.
